Below is a list of some of the services and opportunities that Wee Friends is able to provide for your child:

• Our facility is handicapped accessible.
• Our director is certified in elementary education.
• Each class has two paid staff persons.
• Our staff is experienced in early learning activities and has worked for Wee Friends an average of 5 years.
• We work closely with Solanco School District.  They provide several seminars for our parents during the year.  We provide information to Solanco to help with the kindergarten registration process.  Our director is part of the Early Learning Community Transition Steering Committee for Solanco.
• We send student records to the district (or school) that your child will attend for kindergarten.
• We use guidelines developed by the Success by Six program.
• We will refer parents to community organizations if we feel their child could benefit from additional services (For example, Intermediate Unit 13, Schreiber Pediatric, etc.).
• We are a "peanut free" facility.
• We give parents the option to purchase books through a variety of book orders during the year.
• We have picture day in which all children are photographed individually and with their class (Younger siblings are also invited to be photographed).
• We invite various groups to Wee Friends to screen children for various problems (vision screenings, speech and hearing screenings).
• We participate in two outreach programs during the school year.  In past years we have supported the Quarryville Food Bank, Quarryville Community Action Program (CAP), Heifer International, and Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center.
• We receive positive feedback from our current and past students and their parents.
